We're transparent about what we focus on and what we don't.
Email Automation Sequences
We focus on Google ranking and lead capture. We don't build email sequences. Use Mailchimp, ConvertKit, or Brevo separately. We integrate them, but don't manage them.
CRM Setup
We build the site to capture leads. You manage the CRM (Pipedrive, HubSpot, etc.). We can integrate it, but you own the relationship management system.
Cold Email or Paid Ads
We focus on organic Google ranking. We don't run cold email campaigns or manage Facebook/Google ads. Those are separate services if you want them.
Domain Registration
We can propagate the new website to an existing domain at no extra cost. If you need a new domain, we handle registration at £30 + VAT per annum. Your domain, your control.
Email Inboxes
Lead forms can route to your existing email address at no extra cost. If you need additional inboxes, those are billed by your domain host. We can help set them up, but you pay their standard pricing.
Shopping Cart Integration
Shopify, WooCommerce, and other e-commerce integrations are available. These require a one-off build fee depending on shop size and functionality required. We'll quote this separately based on your needs.

Can I pay monthly instead of the 12-month commitment?
Not for the first 12 months. We ask for annual commitment to justify the investment in your success. After month 12, you can cancel anytime with no penalties. Month-to-month pricing is the same: £299/month. But 90% of clients continue because the value is undeniable.
What if I want to cancel before 12 months?
You’re locked in for 12 months—that’s the commitment we need to invest in your success. If you cancel early, you settle the remaining months on your initial agreement. After month 12, you can cancel anytime with just 30 days notice and settlement of your current month (prorated if needed). No penalties, no surprises.
Does the £299/month cover everything?
Yes. Website hosting, security, backups, SEO, Google Maps ranking, chat widget, contact forms, monthly reporting, ongoing optimisation, technical maintenance, support—all included. The only exception is services like email automation, CRM management, or paid ads, which are separate if you want them.
Why is setup £499 and not included in the first month?
Because setup is WORK. Discovery calls, market research, design mockup, custom development, SEO setup—that’s real labour. Setup covers weeks 1-2 of intense work. Then monthly fees cover ongoing optimisation. It’s transparent about where money goes.
What about logo redesign? Is that extra?
Yes. Logo redesign is a separate service. If your logo is strong, we’ll elevate it in the design. If it needs work, we discuss redesign options with pricing separate. Most clients don’t need it, but we offer it if you do.
What if I'm not seeing results by month 6?
We guarantee ranking across your service area within 90 days. By month 6, most clients are seeing consistent results. If you’re not, we review your situation. Maybe your niche is slower-moving.
